“I wish to thank smart-things and for constructing the absolute best iPad wall mounts I’ve found to date. Four years ago we looked into installing digital room signs in our main facility (The Price Center), but the cost was fairly prohibitive ($10,000 USD and up per sign) for some small, poor-resolution VGA-network signs which would have also required power to be installed behind every sign with small computers hidden away in every network closet and a string of VGA signal boosters throughout the facility. We knew that we could transmit any image to any computer (via webpage), so we decided to build the digital signs in-house, using 12.9” iPad Pros running “kiosk” webpage software and using Power Over Ethernet (POE) adapters to power them. I bought and tested about seven other iPad wall mounts before finding the smart things sDock Fix iPad wall mounts, which are far superior to any of the other seven I tested – in appearance, security, and accessibility for maintenance. Our twenty or so iPad Pro wall signs have now been working reliably for the past four year at a cost of less than $1500 USD per sign. Thank-You to smart things for building such an awesome product! I hope these wonderful sign-holders continue to be available in the future for our other building projects!”
